Why pre book?

We are offering our first members a HUGE discount! Once we are up and running, the cost to join will go up to £250. By pre booking you will be guaranteed a place for just £39 a month, OR just £99 for the whole period, which also includes a free personal consultation with Liz! (this alone is worth £250)

When is the club starting?

Our first orientation meeting will be held on August 16th. This will be a live Zoom meet up, but don't worry if you can't make it, because it will be recorded for you. The exclusive Facebook Group will be open the same day for you to start introducing yourself and start asking any questions you may have.

how many webinars are included?

During the 3 months there will be 4 live Q&A's hosted by Liz (on Zoom) and a minimum of 8 lessons. Some of these may be live, and some pre recorded and available to view in your membership area. All lives will be recorded and uploaded into your membership area too for you to access at your own convenience.

In addition to the webinars and lives, your membership also includes workbooks and trackers which you can download.

Is there a time limit to take up my free consultation?

Your bonus consultation may be taken at any time throughout your membership.

What happens after 12 weeks?

At the end of the 3 months you may feel you want to continue being offered the support of the group. There will be an option to remain a member at a monthly membership fee, which is cancellable at any time. No need to decide now though... you can do that later.

In 2018, Liz was obese and very unwell, suffering from fibromyalgia, hypertension, high cholesterol and a fatty liver. Then she came across the fasting lifestyle and her life changed. Loosing 70lbs in just one year, she reversed her metabolic issues, stabilized her hormones and came off all medications. 

With a background as a nurse and psychotherapist, selling her business in 2021 allowed her to start studying and adding qualifications in her passion, Nutrition and Health. Her most recent qualification is as a certified "Fast Like a Girl" Coach, having been trained by Dr Mindy Pelz.

She is now on a mission to bring the live enhancing benefits of following the fasting lifestyle to as many woman as possible.
